What forms of payment are accepted?

Cash, check, Zelle (text-to-bank), and Venmo.

When is payment due?

Payment is due five (5) days after the invoice is sent.

How much notice do I need to cancel service?

Ten (10) days notice is required for boarders. (3 weeks’ notice during holidays) 

One (1) week notice is required for cancellation of PackPlays, Transports, and Check-ins. (14 days’ notice during holidays) 

*Due to the high demand and limited availability for services during the holidays, holiday cancellations not made with the required advance notice are subject to full charge. 

Will I be charged a late fee if I don't pay my invoice on time? 

Yes, a 10% late fee is charged per day overdue.

What happens if a check bounces or is returned?

A $30 check fee will be charged. AlphaHound, Inc. reserves the right to deny future check payments. 

Do you work with unsocialized pets?

Yes. We work in partnership with the parents to integrate the dogs into small groups until they build confidence and feel more comfortable around other dogs.

Do you work with cats?

Yes, we offer in-home boarding and check-ins for cats.
